Rabbitry Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Fluff Puff Rabbitry. The following terms and conditions apply to all reservations and purchases made through this rabbitry. By placing a deposit or purchasing a rabbit, you agree to the policies below.

Reservations & Deposits

Rabbits may be reserved with a non-refundable deposit of $75. Deposits will be applied toward the total purchase price of the rabbit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available rabbit if discussed and approved.

Rabbits are reserved on a first deposit, first served basis.

Payment

Full payment must be completed before or at the time of pickup unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Venmo, PayPal

Pickup Policy

Rabbits must be picked up on the agreed pickup date unless other arrangements are made. If a rabbit is not picked up within 7 days and communication stops, the rabbit may be made available to another buyer and the deposit will be forfeited.

Buyers must bring a secure carrier or box for safe transportation.

Health

All rabbits are sold healthy to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. Buyers are encouraged to examine the rabbit at pickup.

Once the rabbit leaves the rabbitry, the buyer assumes full responsibility for its care. We cannot guarantee against illness caused by stress, new environments, or improper care after pickup.

Returns

No returns available unless specifically approved by Fluff Puff Rabbitry.

No refunds will be given for returned rabbits.

Breeding & Pedigrees

Pedigrees are provided for rabbits sold as breeding quality. Pet quality rabbits may be sold without breeding rights unless otherwise agreed upon.

Buyer Responsibility

Buyers agree to provide proper care for their rabbit, including:

• Safe housing

• Fresh water and quality food

• Proper grooming when required

• Veterinary care if needed

Rabbits should never be released outdoors or abandoned.

Right to Refuse Sale

Fluff Puff Rabbitry reserves the right to refuse a sale if we believe a rabbit may not be going to a suitable or safe home.
